David L. Thomas, CEO, Director and Promoter
Mr. Thomas, age 46, has practiced law in British Columbia since May 1989, and has practiced law as David L. Thomas Law Corp. of North Vancouver, BC since November 1994. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (International Political Studies) from the American College of Switzerland, Leysin, Switzerland. Mr. Thomas has served as a director and officer of various private companies and as Trustee of a real estate investment trust based in Calgary. Mr. Thomas has a strong commitment to community service and has served on numerous volunteer boards and community organizations. In 1997, Mr. Thomas was a candidate for Parliament in his home riding of West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast.
Philip Pincus, CFO and Director
Mr. Pincus, age 50, has a BS degree (1980) from New York University in New York, New York and was granted a CPA license by the State of New York in November 1982. Mr. Pincus is an
American citizen and has lived in Canada for the past 15 years. Mr. Pincus is currently the President of Platinum Equities Inc., of Calgary, the Executive Vice-president of the Administrator of Leben REIT, and Managing Director of Accolade Equities Inc.
Arjun Malavia, Director
Mr. Malavia, age 64, has a B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from S.P. University in V.V. Nagar, India. He was granted a P.Eng. designation from the Society of Professional Engineers of Illinois, USA in 1976 (currently inactive). Mr. Malavia is a citizen of the United States of America and since 1985, he has been Vice-President of Sales & Marketing of Mega Circuit, Inc., a circuit and antennae manufacturing business in Addison, Illinois.
Robert Falls, Director
Mr. Falls, age 56, has a B.Sc. and Ph.D from the University of British Columbia at Vancouver, BC. He has the designation of R.P.Bio. (Registered Professional Biologist) from the British Columbia Association of Professional Biologists. Since October 1996, Mr. Falls has been the principal of Carboncorp Management Ltd., a company which provides climate change impact mitigation and adaptation services, and carbon market intelligence to businesses, government and non-government organizations.
Erin Walmesley, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Walmesley, age 46, has been an officer of the Corporation since October 3, 2007.
Ms. Walmesley has a General Diploma from Capilano College in North Vancouver, BC. She has been a paralegal with Maitland & Company, a Vancouver, BC law firm, since July 1981. Ms. Walmesley has over 20 years experience in the corporate securities industry assisting in the management of listed companies with regulatory filings and corporate governance matters as a paralegal with the firm of Maitland & Company. Ms. Walmesley has been an officer of a number of public companies listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange.
